The Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities (DLUHC) is the managing authority for the three HEY Growth Hub projects, supported by the 2014 to 2020 European Regional Development Fund programme. In addition the Business Growth Scheme is part-funded by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) via the provision of staff salary costs for matched funding purposes.
