The ability to lead and manage high performing teams will be crucial in 2021 and is key to successful growth of any business. Yet we know that this is something many businesses struggle to get right. To create a high performing team, it is important to build trust and create an environment where healthy conflict is managed well.

This workshop will provide the opportunity to look at what it takes to successfully manage and engage a high performing team and how important it is to create a strong foundation of trust along with the confidence to hold honest conversations. All whilst continuing to develop a safe and supportive environment that promotes individual mental health and wellbeing.

We will look at:-

• What are the characteristics of high performing teams?

• What gets in the way of high performance?

• How can you engage your team to ensure you bring out the best in people?

• How to build a strong foundation of trust and understanding within your team?

• Ideas for building a high performing team

This session will be delivered by:
